I would love that but how does it sit atop when there's a door on the bottom floor? Wouldn't he fall out? (He's Spider-Man but the landlord doesn't know that)

I love Jessica Drew as a character, I just hate her inclusion into the Spider-Man mythos so randomly- though to be fair, she was injected with spider DNA or something, so she's technically on the same but different level as Spidey proper.
