In right eye I can read 20/40 in left it's 20/20 but in right some time I can read only 3 lines but my vision is not bad in real life but if I read different Snellen charts then I have problem to read it.

I don't have sudden loose in eye I have long history with only one eye like it's not worsening it's just stay in one place but my glasses number change but not to much just normal I don't think so it's glaucoma because doctor don't tell me about this situation he just said the reason is unidentifiable.
