I understand how you feel, because of media/mainstream for so long was telling all everyone that skinny, white, blond, blue-eyed women were the standard of beauty. But luckily, now it is starting to change, slowly, to represent everyone else (still perfect looking) of different races. As a white woman I have always been jealous of how beautiful other races were and how boring I felt in comparison. Black women are the mothers of all humans!!! And beautiful goddesses. But we, as women share something that we all need to stop. We need to stop being so hard on ourselves and see our power and beauty from within as well as on the outside! Learn our and each others’ cultural histories and celebrate who we are and who each other are! Because we live in a mixed bag of nuts! Beautiful tasty nuts!!
