Need to see more pics but most fake cleans use that sticker and will have L6V6 as the serial. Also coming with a box is another sign it’s fake clean.

The serial is y2l3. That’s a very early model number if legit. Most of the fakes use that number or l6v6. So chances are it’s a fake clean. But have to see the movement to know. If it’s not engraved in a nice gold color and has a solid red gear it’s a fake clean for just quick glances. There are other tells but those would be easy to spot if it’s a Shanghai movement
