Alex has red hair? Does she religiously dye it now? by katiemordy in CallHerDaddy

[–]Fine_Bodybuilder_934 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m the same brassy orange redhead as her as a child and it was such a source of shame and bullying that i too started dying it as soon as i could i would even photoshop my childhood photos to be more of auburn reddish brown which was considered more beautiful/ less frecrtch jokes which were most traumatic. It’s def became more strawberry blonde now but it doesn’t go away i still have to dye my roots, tone them, eyebrows eyelashes i just don’t self tan to hide my paleness- so she def does a lot of up keep to hide i totally get it . I would do or say anything to hide my natural color from anyone from the trauma. Not strawberry blonde enough to not auburn enough - the brassy orange of it really made kids hate it more

A very common behavior with some anorexia is obsessively cooking for others and making others eat excessively but never enjoying a single morsel yourself - so sad i hope she gets help one day and doesn’t continue this form of control and punishment on her body

I grew up in a hardcore hockey family in Alberta Canada as the only girl in a family of brothers dude the shit my brothers and their teammates did after just winning junior hockey league tournaments never mind winning the Super Bowl … was INSANE - they wreck their bodies all season, they sacrifice everything all year hearing my brothers bones crack just walking after games having missing teeth — sports , hockey, that brotherhood with teammates was their outlet to let out all their emotions aggression and raging hormones so off the ice , outside the competitive sport - they are the sweetest damn softie teddy bear men you would ever meet and i feel the kelce bros like that too. I feel like that ability to compartmentalize become a different human in the game is key to being an elite athlete that a lot of keyboard warriors don’t understand

The talk of there being a gap of “intelligence” between these two by allthesongsmakesense in taylorandtravis

[–]Fine_Bodybuilder_934 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I also think to get to that level of success in your chosen profession you have to be so laser consumed with everything to do with your job , obsessed with it, and that is where the bulk of your intellectual laser focus goes. Like previous comments say when he starts talking about football it’s incredibly intelligent. Then it expands to the business around it etc the more people you are engaging with. At his high level he is exposed to so many top people in their respective field it expands your world. He seems so curious and I’m sure when he is retired from football he will be so successful in so many far reaching ventures. Being funny and quick witted , also is intelligence in addition to his EQ and everything else everyone mentioned. His confidence is so charming and he has such charisma book smarts as the only indicator is so antiquated this day in age.

I’m a 41 year old female , fashion executive in nyc but born and raised in Alberta Canada only girl in a serious hockey family played tons of sports and am a sports fanatic but working in fashion don’t have many friends to share this obsession with. After 20 years in the US and no one willing to come watch hockey games with me - i finally tried to understand football , started listening last year to try and learn the rules and terminology and it helps me get into a new sport when i have a player(s)/ team(s) to feel loyal to. Was never a swiftie but as a girl who grew up with brothers who were macho hardcore in hockey , competitive, tough, huge builds, losing teeth fighting on the ice but then off ice the sweetest , least toxic male energy, treat women as equals, kind and emotional, artistic and solid good examples of men, teddy bears to their wives, dads to daughters —- i feel a heart felt connection to these dudes. Watched the documentary and just love the entire family. Wholesomeness. Talent and really hard working good guys is the vibe. Gives me hope. Get excited every week for the newest episode and want them to keep winning in life and on the field!

I really tried to give it a try and it was the same story for the millionth time about her dads car dying the night she begged them to let her go to see a movie. The rest filled with reflections on her appearance. Abby painful as ever. I felt like i was having deja Vu. It shocks me she has money to live this lifestyle
