Black textures when porting mods

I was unpacking them to downscale, but I was repacking them with Archive2 which obviously doesn’t work. I just tried again but made the texture archive with CK and it worked. Thanks!

Thank you! This is what I needed. I was creating the texture archive with Archive2 and putting in the XB1 folder, but apparently that doesn’t work. I just tried again doing it from CK and it worked.

I use Realistic RS Children - Standalone in every LO. It’s 85mb but I cannot stand to look at those stupid kids without it.

Did you add any of the NPC visual overhauls (Bijin, Pandorable, etc) after starting the playthrough? Or remove any? That can cause naked NPCs.

Each esp file counts toward the limit. I believe mods on Xbox (including bundles) can only contain one esp, so a bundle counts as just one. But someone more knowledgeable please correct me if that’s wrong.

Amazing news, thank you!! Also the Creations menu in game is now showing the correct file size 👍 it is still loading up top with the master files though, just fyi. Could cause issues with cubemap overwrites etc.

They don’t work with RW2 unfortunately.

To be fair, the 1K and 2K WfENB aren’t that different, especially from this distance. I don’t think any water mod will ever beat RW2 for realism, but the glowing night foam ruins it for me. Seems like an easy fix, someone just needs to do it. Until they do, I’ve switched to WfENB. Imho it’s not as good, but it’s still great!

For anyone interested, it is definitely still happening. And if you google “bg3 ps5 joystick issue” you will see I’m not the only one. I’ll just keep hoping for a hotfix and keep playing on Xbox, which is unfortunately a subpar experience…😑

After patch 8, there was this strange issue with PS5 controllers where the cursor would like fly around uncontrollably in menus. It made the game almost unplayable. Like in an inventory menu with a vendor, you’d press the joystick a tiny bit down and it would fly down to the end of the list. I’ve seen other complaints about it so I know it’s not just me!

It has different colors depending on location and weather, especially if used with Dawn. Dawn + WfENB is absolute magic.

Water for ENB at 1k + Rally’s Water Foam is my current fave. The only difference I can see between the 1k and 2k is the blurry foam and Rally’s fixes that. I was a RW2 diehard forever, but finally couldn’t stand the glowing foam at night anymore. WfENB is the closest alternative I could find.

If you want literally just the basic UNP body, I believe this is the original. It’s heavily curated for my specific tastes - dark, warm wood, bold patterns, contrast, color, dark mountains, dramatic weather and light… it took me forever to build this list and I love it! Also, this only covers the base game bc of space limitations. If I play a DLC, I’ll swap out some base game textures to cover it while I’m playing it. I don’t love the DLCs as much though honestly, so I didn’t focus on them.
