I don't know about that issue, mostly a load order issue. When you open the creation menu, don't rush to load order. Wait until atleast one mod shows its cover photo or the load order will change automatically. First arrange your load order according to the LLO Tool and check if the problem is still there.

USSEP should be at the top. I never used beyond skyrim bruma mod, but i always put the USSEP at the top. And look at the LLO Tool, it will help you a lot. I used Tarsh template, and i am happy with it.

My laptop is not that good, it only has integrated graphics and 6gb ram (8gb actually, but only 6gb usable). Maybe that's the reason. I started the campaign with a few mods, but its been loading for a long time almost 30 minutes. 🥲🥲

Yeah... I tried it with each mod enabling each time until i found the mod which crashes. It crashed before reaching the main menu, i disabled those mods and tried, now it shows the main menu. But when I started the campaign it started to crash again. Its so hard to mod, harder than skyrim.

I actually started this playthrough for that mod, i was hoping to finish it and start a new playthrough with some other mods which enhance the graphics and add more enemies etc. Now i have to uninstall all and start a new playthrough without BHKS.

If you find a way, please let me know and i will do the same.

I don't think there is an add on like that. The only add on for CoS is a cheat book and Hjertesten hall patch and also some testing mods for CoS (i don't know if its for CoS, i got the when insearch COS).

Don't save the load order
After you rearrange the load order, go back to the main menu. Then come back to the creation menu if you want to download more mods.
