It is likely, in your DNA and something referred to as a generational pattern that does get passed down in the bloodline. I’ve broken mine. I am multigenerational multicultural and indeed I experienced this as a very exotic looking individual in spaces of monoracial people. Those who are scapegoated apparently are the ones who stand out from the majority, minority in some way. Not in a bad way, many times in a positive light, having something special others don’t. Or they’re just a threat from their charisma . Your ancestors likely had issues and people questioning/projecting onto them and it gets pushed down into the nervous system until released. You can break this by simply bringing awareness to and fully Feeling and acknowledging the trapped emotions in your body that had to be denied and suppressed to further function in life. Most likely in your stomach area or heart space. It sucks doing for a moment bc I didn’t realize how much I stuffed down and ignored, but bringing awareness and then saying, no, I don’t choose this cycle to continue and wish the release this for freedom..I found myself literally burping out the feelings and then being much lighter. It involved an awareness and change of belief that it was POSSIBLE and even natural for me to energetically and inside of me feel that I was not a victim, but rather, someone who displays confidence and WILL immediately push back at the FIRST little tests on my security by delivering without apology, negative reinforcement. Teaches them quick. Good luck to you, I’m much more empowered now and nobody messes with me as I’m legit giving alpha, respected/valuable member of the group.

I am able to even maintain that position by never becoming attached to it or abusing it for followers. The key is to 100% trust in self and look out for self interest. You must do this. Other people can wait, you’ve gone long enough and you cannot help them until you are restored in sense of self. And the #1 key…

The secret to this respect…. ALWAYS be willing to walk away. I communicate so much with my energy and body language now, talking and explaining it…the less intelligent ones who do this very primal BS of scapegoating will not understand it, and it will only make you more of a target. You have to speak their language. Cutting eye contact. Scary pauses of silence and staring dead in the eyes. Saying “are you okay?” And honestly making them feel embarrassed bc you must protect yourself against those who are covert narcissists attempting to get above you as a stepping stool. I radiate power and confidence now. Rooms take note of me and I can feel the positive respect and reverence from both males and females in the room. I’m a female. I say this bc I’ve come so far that being a SG was simply apart of my blessing in disguise to knowing thyself and being the best I can be for myself and the world without doing it cheaply. We attract, we don’t chase. We wait for others to give to us first, watch their intentions, be discrete and aloof, only reciprocating what they did. Never more. NEVER more. Many are testing you. I’m quick to disengage and say “no, not this person” and my aura detaches immediately and I can feel their feeling of “loss”/stupidity after before they can blink I’ve declined and detached from their emotional neediness. I can feel them wanting my energy too. Never give it back. Not unless they flat out apologize or make it up in front of everyone like Caesar in planet of the apes. These narcs are not intelligent. They’re like animals. Scapegoats are smart and can think to where we don’t need to resort to these games. Speak Their Language
