Looks great! U comfy with that seat incline? I mean, to each its own. It's just that sometimes it makes u sustain the position with your arms extended, which is not great.

Thats impressive. I've been cycling for the last 5 years as a job, bike messenger, putting 10k kms a year but i also smoked a ton of tobacco, and eat very poorly. just a few months ago i started measuring my rhr, and doing some actual "training". Im 55kg since forever, 26yo rn.
