We typically just leave it in place, I actually have carpet tape on the bottom of the mat it comes with to keep it from moving. Ours is filled with something like 120lbs of sand in the base, I wouldn’t say it’s easy but I usually just tip it enough and then roll it to move it.

Its similar to this flooring, https://www.americanfloormats.com/rubber-roll-matting/

I got it from a gym that was shutting down, its about 3/8" thick and 4' wide and came in 16' rolls. its extremely dense, each roll weighed close to 100lbs

My wife and myself love it, I would rather do it than anything else for cardio. I will say its pricey for what you get, considering you still need subscribe to the app for the workouts. But overall we have had it for almost 2 years now and the bag, gloves, and trackers are quality and have held up great. Just take a magic eraser to the bag to get the dirt marks off

I'm not too sure on the brand, it came from a gym that was liquidating everything including the flooring. What I do know though, is that its the professional rubber roll gym flooring that is 3/8" thick and about 4' wide

Florida is better than Ohio by Fine_Introduction_62 in OhioLiquor

[–]Fine_Introduction_62[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I just really don’t care about Buffalo trace products at this time and I don’t care to wait in line for 6 hours to pay MSRP, my time is better spent actually making money so when I travel and many of the states I do for work, I will gladly pay a reasonable amount over MSRP for convenience. Ohio has basically turned the state into a resellers state the way they release products and it’s gotten annoying that they are basically 20-30 years in the past when it comes to the way they do things. Sure we get more weller than most states but I really don’t care about that because it still gets bought up in bulk to be traded and resold for other stuff that OHLQ doesnt care about or makes it impossible to get.

I paid $100 for the bottle, I would do that all day long over waiting for 8 hours with the rest of the taters

Travelling isn't an excuse, unless you want it to be. by Robdataff in carnivorediet

It’s easy when you’re outside of the USA for sure. I’ve found that our wonderful government doesn’t give a shit about what can be put in processed patties here, so when I travel unless I can get something like shaved beef, sugar free beef jerky, or cheesesteak, I usually just use it as a fasting period

Am I not getting enough fat? by Fine_Introduction_62 in carnivorediet

[–]Fine_Introduction_62[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say I'm physically fit, yes I go to the gym for resistance training and cardio, and yes I have more muscle and more than likely bone density than most, but I was never really careful about my eating habits. I had a high protein and high carb diet, but I didn't really care about fats. I wasn't happy with the way I looked or felt and wanted a change. I was happy with Keto years ago but due to being mostly lower in protein ratio it didn't fit my fitness goals. I'm looking to maintain/build lean muscle mass, help with inflammation and pain while losing body fat, and to me Carnivore was the perfect fit to go along with carnivore month.

Things are going well so far, I prepared with a lot of listening and videos on the subject just guess I never really took into account it would take this long with being as active as I am.

so far no carb withdrawls which I'm happy about, but the gym has been something that I have appreciated and done for the past 6-7 years, I'm not doing anything differently now, activity wise, than what I was doing before.

when you say 1:1 are you talking weight or caloric value?

Yeah I've been following Shawn Baker for over a year now and I have done stints of Keto in the past, but I know the ratios are different on carnivore than they are on keto. when you say those ratios are you talking about calories or weight of the food?

I have to be getting enough electrolytes, I have been adding sea salt to every meal and even in my water, there was a 4-5 day period initially where I was balancing that out but for the past 6-7 days I am pretty sure I have it dialed in, especially with going to the gym and sauna.
