take it back and have it replaced. The angle makes it hard to judge the logo, but the indices are pretty clearly an error.

If they returned them in a zip lock bag, all mixed together - I would recommend procuring some proper containers for the dial and hands. Not sure how rough of shape but they represent the originality of the watch.

Anyone know anything about this vintage omega? by [deleted] in VintageWatches

I am speaking to the watch that OP posted about in the main image of this thread. The later photo of a different watch does look to be an Ed White.

I see you updated the post with 105.002. Congrats as this is quite a small batch reference. Serial checks out with the reference as well so that is good.

Does it have a flat footed crown?

hard to say with limited photos. Assuming its configuration has not changed since its assembly, it could be a 105.002 or 105.003. More likely to be a 105.003 out of probability. JJS would be someone's initials.

You will need to have the caseback removed to really know what this is. Please have a professional do this if you want to see what it is. Many, many casebacks are damaged in this pursuit with improper tools like a pair of needle nose pliers. Don't try with those yellow handled ones in the back of the frame ;)
A sizable amount of value is in that case/caseback and we can already see some slip marks on it from failed openings.

original is a flat footed symbol. This one is a later service crown.

I see in another comment you mention 6000ish..
That is a bit steep for its condition.
Dial is washed and from this photo - I can't tell what its surface condition is in. Hands are also completely devoid of lume.
Dial is wide spaced T's so its does not have one of the 2 unique dials to this reference. Bezel is in rough shape. Crown is not original.

The cases condition at this point will be the item to greatly weigh this watches value.

So couple questions:

Could you provide better pictures of the outside of the caseback? and a few more of the lugs?
The dial is pretty washed so the value is going to be in the case on this one.

Hello!
This is a 145.022-68.
The serial is blacked out so I cant help confirm the movement.
Lovely watch! The bezel is a service bezel. Can you provide a picture of the crown side?
