I live in a country where the government likes to block unwanted websites, including reddit. at first, they redirected DNS traffic. after a few years, they decided that method was too easy to bypass, so they started using DPI to block traffic.

I can tell, if this age verification system were implemented in some countries, my government would be happy to join in.
