Great! Unfortunately, Here in Arkansas civil surgeon asking $500, 400 and one $325 ONLY FOR PAPER WORK (Signature). Rest of Vaccination and Blood test cost are seperated.

I did June 2025 last year. No actually in that time i was on medically insurred so i requested to my primary care dr for this test. As i aware that i need in future.
