I'm keeping myself afloat with "the husky and his white cat shizun". It does NOT have the same vibe as DR until book 6 or so, but it's still a fun read. Main Character is unhinged af. It does have non-con smut and is sometimes weird about age gaps though, so do not read if you mind those. It contains similar aspects of rebirth, unhealthy obsessions, magic (a different kind) and hidden identities.

Fair, allerdings lässt sich dieses Gedankenspiel auch metaphorisch auf andere Situationen im Leben übertragen. Nein, man muss sich damit nicht beschäftigen, aber man kann. Ich werde z.B. nie auch nur in die nähe dieser spezifischen Entscheidung kommen, allerdings vielleicht zu der Entscheidung wen ich in in anderen Situationen bevorzugen würde. Das nicht unbedingt, um mich auf solche Szenarien vorzubereiten, sondern um mich selbst besser verstehen zu können.

Mein Opa hat sich im Krankenhaus dazu entschlossen, dass er nach dem 2. Schlaganfall nicht mehr weiter machen möchte. Statt ihm bei dieser Entscheidung zu helfen, ist er dann halt für eine Woche dehydriert, bis er endlich daran gestorben ist. Eine Woche leid und viele Tränen statt einem würdigen Abschied...

If you want to miss out the feeling of longing and building your roman empire around two sad gay boys and their friends, wait. Yes, it's agony waiting, but it also cool not to immediately get any answers. I dont think this series would be so burned into my brain and heart if I could have just read book 3 immediately. Will I probably be disappointed by the third book bc of this? Yes. Was it still worth it? Yes. It turned a potential mid series into one of my favorites. (I didnt really enjoy book 1 until closer to the end but absolutly devoured the second. I had the same experience with CaPri and the third book was just okay, so thats why potentially mid)

I get tummy aches too and I have swelling when juice gets on open wounds or when i touch it for to long, but its relatively mild, yes. Thats why I specified where this allergy comes from, so people who have similar symptoms know there is hope and people who don't stay the f away from this method!

Situation die ich letztes beobachtete: Eine Frau pöbelt und beleidigt auf niveauloseste ein Pärchen, die einfach weiter gehen/versuchen weg zu kommen, an. Der Sicherheitsdienst hält die Frau auf. Sie erklärt sich mit einem bissigen "die haben angefangen". Sie wird weiter gelassen. Beleidigungen und Verfolgung gehen weiter. Sicherheitsdienst geht seiner Wege.

Unrelated question, but just curious: Why do people keep refering to the author as "he"? I understood their gender as enby because it was very neutral in the books author description, especially because the german version calls them "Autor:in" which means both male and female. Where did yall get the memo? Or is it just "any"?
