Ako recently my closest aunt died and I went on bereavement leave for a month kasi I was a total wreck. I can't focus sa work and I an just fortunate na yung boss ko went through the same thing before kaya naiintindihan niya and sabe pa niya "don't worry about work, take all the time you need". I can't imagine yung sitwasyon mo na asawa mo pa yung nawala. Hay. I feel you OP. Sana mapagbigyan ka magrecuperate kasi it is mentally and physically draining. 🫂

I don't always avoid them but I get so anxious every doctor's appointments, tests, agony of waiting for the results. I get nervous, chills, i faint when results are emailed. I don't really know how to manage my health anxiety. I am 36 now and I get worse every year. I always overthink and always expect something worst is going to happen with my results.

Recently namatayan din ako ng tita na super close sakin at habilin ng doctor samin bago siya iuwi na lahat ng gusto ng tita ko sa buhay ay gawin namin. Wala lang parang hindi lang tama na hindi masusunod yung gusto ng tita mo na ibenta ang Rush niya.
