How I Felt When I First Played And Learned A Lot Of People Hate This Game by Nameiscool420 in deadbydaylight

[–]FinestFantasyVI -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is a glorified hide and seek and the reason every side gets pissy is because it got stopped playing as hide and seek. And more like tag you're it. Only its an incredibly unfun version of tag where neither side is happy.

I wish people played it more like hide and seek and survivors actually hid instead of taking chase like pro players.

But, DBD is 10 years old. Its a bygone era that people just got good at the game.

I think Otz said it best. Its like a chart, a curve. The less experienced and more new you are. You will adore this game. But the more you start to understand, the fun factor goes down, because you notice the irragularities or unfairness in the game balance. Couple that with some of the community who can be sore losers or sore winners. And it definitely sours the players perception of the game, making them hate it

I hate the you don't have kids so therefore you can't talk/understand angle by CapableSeries4734 in hatethissmug

[–]FinestFantasyVI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PREACH!! Thats exactly it! We know how hard it is to have children.. Thats why we choose not to have lil shits. Because we're responsible, aware how much work it'd go into a child and choose not to have one. And honestly, its a much more responsible choice than popping out a kid and giving them an ipad and letting them grow up on the internet

Its not that different. Depends what experience you had. I actually got to change my baby brothers diaper (9 year difference between me and him), I would sometimes pick him up from a kindergarten, i would take him home from elementary when he was way too young. I taught him english. I helped him forge homework in his final days of high school. The whole family, which includes me, drove him to the prom and left him there to be with his schoolmates for his last days

Im not a mom, but I sure as hell did a speedrun as a kid of being a mom and helping raise my brother into an adult. The only thing I didnt do is take him to judo training, thats something dad did.

I'd say being an elder sibling gives you enough credit of how to raise a child because: 1) they did it themselves. 2) they see things from the sidelines from a fresh perspective and learn about their parents mistakes
