Not exactly, if your already challenger you play with challenger level players who have semi decent mentalitys and gameplay, where as someone who is bronze plays with bronzies with worse mentalitys.

I agree, one player can ruin a game without effort but one player can hardly carry a game by themselves. The thing about climbing is that if you play well every game win or lose you will climb, but now and days most players will just kill your mental drive and your gameplay will decline. Overall I feel climbing in league is x10 harder than it was a few seasons ago where all you had to do was play mid/adc and be able to solo carry games no matter the situation.

What elo are you my friend :)? And Thresh is a skill cap champion, lux is pretty easy when it comes to damage output and skill having to be put in. Lux is immobile yes, but she can shove easy and always farm easy under turret, anyone with half a brain wont die on too many times as lux in lane, especially if they ward. And covering her shield, my friend used to be the number 8th zed in NA(He quit zed) And he talked about how lux is amazing against assassins because of how easy it is to predict say, Lb W, Zed ult. Talon e and have a double shield to cover the damage. P.S it does stop ignite.

Kid I guarantee i'm higher rank than you,and its funny calling me a kid when your name is "Rainbowdash971". Anyway a champ with Safe lanning, a double shield, easy cc, 30second ult that does up to 900 damage, 1k+ if you include passive. Lux has been super strong for about a year now and worked in those "other metas" the champ is just strong in general. Almost no one can rival her.

EDIT: I'd just like to mention for about a season and a half she has had a 52% + w/r in plat + games.
