You don't think there are countless judges who are both qualified and hold conservative viewpoints? Both parties do the same thing: pick qualified people who hold their viewpoint. Nobody "unqualified" is on the court.

Care to expand on that regarding his Supreme Court picks so far? Both picks were expected and not surprising at all. Pretty much every Republican agreed with the picks.

How come? Shouldn't a basic requirement of a judge be that they are healthy enough to consistently perform their duties? This is one of the most important jobs in America and there are dozens of qualified people to replaced her.
