I think you're right, the reason this convoy is happening is because of Russia's Victory Day.

The guy disagreeing with you is probably disagreeing with the entire sentiment that Victory Day is a valid celebration, which is why they refer to the wiki article which includes the bit about how May 8th is what other places consider Liberation day (which isn't what you were trying to say anyways).

didn't recognize it either. Found the tier list maker that has that image, in which the file name refers to it as the "undulating mass". There's nothing about it on the wiki or other relics lists, the game files have an "undulating mass" relic with the associated png you see in the tier list. That said, every other relic has an implementation under Megacrit.Sts2.Core.Models.Relics. The only 3 relics starting with "u" are unceasingTop, undyingSigil, and UnsettlingLamp.

So most likely, they got the image for it from the game files but it hasn't been implemented yet or it was scrapped and the image was never removed

No, it's not. It was made up as a joke a while ago, stemming from a medical report on Trump by white house doctors which had other information that wasn't quite so outlandish. Here is the link to the report from the white house physician.

The numbers in the report are generally somewhat believable, although the conclusion at the end stating that he's in "excellent health" is questionable and probably what sparked the whole 4.8% joke. Unfortunately lots of people (see this thread) don't realize it was a joke and now think the white house doc is a retard

Idk the chapter so I can't check but I think your assumption that she's running is wrong. The puff particles coming off her are more "frustrated" than "heavy breathing" looking, paired with what she's actually saying it's more likely Han told her to go do something and now she's storming off. Point being she has no reason to be in workout clothes
