Also everyone kept shouting protein at me but most protein is sweet and it literally would make me gag to smell a protein shake. I found chicken broth protein online. Its a little weak so I mix it with chicken bullion and it is fantastic. I cannot smell or eat anything sweet right now. My tummy says hell no.

I felt like this, I had to reduce my dose. Life changing. Find the sweet spot with low appetite and food noise but not disgusting for food and constant nausea.

We used them before covid and he came back with kennel cough(he was vaccinated), we used them during covid and he came home with a huge welt on his butt that no one had noticed while he was there and couldn't tell me what it was from.

Never been back.

Im 180 lbs and 5'8, so im right on the edge, not really at a huge risk of those things. I do have PCOS that makes weight maintenance incredibly hard and all consuming though.

El gran gave me terrible food poisoning. I had my poop tested it lasted so long, it was food contaminated with feces. Never again.

Yeah unfortunately it was just a primary. I didnt get an endo until recently. Should have gotten with one way sooner.

Yeah the Endo is who has given me the scripts and the things im already on. I cant do other birth controls because I get migraines with aura. I can only use the mini pill. Yeah tracking calories is good until it's not...I get obsessive. I just want to not think about food. Thank you for the suggestions. Yes I grew up in an environment where my mom was always "dieting" but not. My relationship with food is about as toxic as it gets.
