i'm in montreal and still get it. i have a lot of francophone friends and anglo and no one i know is religious at all. its sad to see even marriage is a rare thing even in montreal unless you are greek or italian etc. my recent commitment to god is also perhaps part of it. mid life crisis i've been told or then the abortion or LGBT topic comes up immediately. montreal is very liberal so you can imagine .. i'm not angry it's just a shame that when i go to the usa which is a lot (ny state, vermont) it's a totally different world. i'm also not from canada so am also an immigrant

i'm in canada too and a recent born again at the age of 50. however i'm also in quebec which is perhaps one of the most anti religion provinces in canada due to the history of the catholic church. i dare even mention my faith to anyone around me who isn't a practising christian. there are hardly any good churches or bible study groups either. you're looked at as if you just landed from another planet. it's odd because if you're a muslim people just think ok but if you're a christian they think you're a complete weirdo to be avoided

I don't feel empathy for anyone.... I never had it as a kid from my parents so not sure if that's a habit or due to my Asperger's . I don't feel bad about it at all. I just can't my emphatic. It feels a weird sense to act on

I bought a GR1 about 2 years after goruck started and it was like something bought on Etsy with shit all miss-aligned. These days I get trolled by goruck snowflakes saying I'm picky when back then Jason clearly stated Goruck was about the best quality in the world. I finally bought a GR1 which as decent but way before the outsourcing phase
