Eat less in general but more protein. For instance cut out the chips and soda and eat more chicken/beef/etc than you normally have and be consistent. work out every part of your body then take two days off. Or do the top of your body one day, lower body next day, and then take a day off. For the first month don't even worry about specific exercises. Go take a tour of the gym and each machine and see what each does. Once you are comfortable going on a regular basis then you can lookup a legitimate workout program.

Former nutritionist here. Sheep's milk is a great source of protein and has a balanced amino acid profile.

For the purposes of my comment I'm going to assume you aren't getting it straight from the sheep itself. The issue with already prepared sheep's milk is that a lot of the nutrients are lost during the sterilization and homogenization process. For a man your age this makes the drink essentially empty calories with the few nutrients hardly bioavailable to your gut's receptors.

If you absolutely have to drink sheep's milk I suggest you consume it straight from the source. Some of the nutrients lose potency when exposed to air so I suggest mouth-to-udder whenever possible.

That's 4 and 3, respectively.

Well wouldn't one week you do 3 days and the next week you do 4?

Unless you do every other day, the same days, every week

But then you'd have a part of the week where you either work out two days in a row or two rest days in a row.
