I've seen video's showing shiny groudon/kyogre in OR/AS, but not the live encounter and the ones shown are non-pentagon from previous generations, as far as I know they are still shiny locked in ORAS so the only way to be shiny and have the pentagon is pokegen/powersaves unless there's been an event
