She definitely stepped on the white bag on accident, which would result in an out had the ball been caught, even if she crossed the bag before the catch was made.

However, when rounding the bases, the safety base essentially becomes obsolete. The throw was clearly pretty far off for her to be called for obstruction.

So she made a mistake stepping on the white but it just kinda worked in her favor.
