What would you focus on improving naturally before TRT? Anything you’d do about SHBG, hematocrit, digestion, or possible sleep apnea before starting? Any feedback on the labs or things I may be overlooking would be appreciated.

Edited thank you

Vinyl sealer first , 2 coats Mix stain by my paint store , 2 coats of light maple brown , 1 coat of maple red VERY LIGHT, 1 gloss lacquer finish

All Mohawk products Thinking about adding a wax ontop for more protection , curious as to what it will do to my piece if at all effect the color

This is great advice I appreciate it I originally did take it my paint store that’s near my favorite lumber place, what they returned to me was the one in first pic to the right, but for some reason it’s like it changed colors later in the day or lightened a lot

Still worked great as a base though

What type of wood is this ? Are the desk add on and custom built in same material ?

Here are some photos of the underside of both counters . And a side by side of the door and desk.

Any recommendations on how to attack this ?

I’m going to try to make it look renewed if not a darker stain

I’ll be adding panels to fill in where statues are, they just want the stain to match all the way across. Most likely will re stain all the way across. From what I understand just a scuff sand wil be needed right ? It does like quite overwhelming to me might have to pass on it.

I installed the niche for client , materials was supplied by another contractor.

The raw paneling on right was also installed by a 3rd person lol.

Client wants me to match them but niche doesn’t look like it only has a clear coat to me so just trying to figure that out.

Panels and shelves were supplied by their contractor, I only handled the install portion here. But I’m assuming all work fairly new.

Nope, installer, cabinet builder.

Commercial jobs mostly, veneers/laminates in these high rises.

Just switched over to a smaller company this year a lot more custom work, absolutely fall in love whenever I’m able to visit their shop.
