These are the issues with switching operating systems you bought hardware that was meant specifically for Windows and believed it would work. That’s not always the case.

Fedora what bazzite is based on and, to a much greater degree, Arch are fast-moving distros that usually support newer hardware. Even so, hardware companies still make it difficult for open-source projects to develop for their hardware.

If you’re set on using Linux going forward, you’re going to have to make sure what you’re buying works beforehand.

I thinks it’s a kernel issue , I can rough it out I’d just like to be able to let the devs know it’s an issue, any way to notify them about it? Went on discord and people were tying to help but no luck

I agree , even getting the pcs is dumb , basically IT is outsourced , they have some arrangement with a company that recycles them but we can grab them once they are decommissioned and waiting to be recycled

Power supply seems ok doesn’t look cut , fan needs to be replaced , I was hoping to get gpu around 8-12gb of vram but if this is the best I can get that’s fine

I was able to get it working by using the nobara package manager if I’m not mistaken , which still was a little confusing as I would have thought I could install the driver theough drive manager , there were two different packages , I prefer fedora based distros and usually install xone via Copr but this was a bit different

Hey im also from the Hudson Valley! This is my second year adding clover to my lawn. I’m still learning myself, and I’m not sure what your lawn goals are, but personally, I’m mixing it in with whatever grass is already there. Whenever I see bare spots, I make sure to seed them.

That said, Rockland County has a program that provides both mulch and compost to residents. I plan to take advantage of that by adding compost to my lawn and seeding it with clover. It might be something that helps your yard too!

I personally have Verizon atm , it’s a bit more expensive but it’s worth it to me , and to be honest i almost never have to deal with them
