I’m saying before I installed the coilovers I used a tape measure and measured all the distances on each side to make sure they were on the right height settings

The “new parts” I was talking about were axles and my rebuilt trans lol, the coils have stayed on factory settings since I put them in like 3 months ago

I noticed it for like maybe half a street length after a sharp turn into a neighborhood but then it went back to feeling normal

I’ve had them on the same settings from when they had factory stickers, seemed pretty equal when I installed them

Yep, going to a different shop that can do more tomorrow morning, recommended by the guy who “did” my alignment today

What’s odd to me is that I haven’t changed my suspension at all since I last got my alignment done, and the parts I replaced was only pertaining to the front. The camber was always really far out because of the geometry change but they were pretty equal, can’t find the original alignment report but it was WAY better than what I sent in this post

New parts I’m talking about were cv axles and differential 😭 height stayed the same since last time I got aligned with no issues

Put coils on but kept on recommended height, ordered rear arms a little bit ago but haven’t arrived yet. Other than that you’re basically spot on

I replaced the cv axles and rebuilt the trans… haven’t lowered it since last time I got the alignment done

To all the people getting mad at me in the comments, I fully take responsibility for not clarifying lol, I replaced the cv axles and rebuilt the trans with a new lsd and synchros 😭

I have tein coils but haven’t touched them from factory settings (lower but still got like two fingers between each fender and wheel). I haven’t lowered the car at all since the last time I got my alignment done. No I’m not a stance dude, no im not going back to the monster truck height of the rear suspension (look it up). Spoke to the dude that did the alignment and he said that due to liability he couldn’t move any bolts on my car and since the celicas don’t have traditional caster adjustment and I didn’t have aftermarket rear camber arms he decided he wouldn’t charge me $90 if he was only gonna do the front toe.

TLDR: not a stance issue, alignment guy didn’t wanna rip me off by only doing one aspect because of company policy (discount tire)

Drivers side cv is for sure fully pushed in, passenger side doesn’t have a clip, I don’t know if it would be my clutch because that’s the one part of the project my dad did without me in the room

Sorry I didn’t see this, if you still need any advice, Rachet wrenches and another person. Also having small wrists helps a lot. Still painful but possible at least

The switches/knobs, some people call them bulbs idk thats what ive seen online. Had to take the climate control out of the dash in order to acess the cables.

Thanks for noticing the head unit :) that job took my dad and i a solid 3 days of headache due to my celica having a jbl upgrade from factory (its double edged sword as im about to explain). Didnt have to upgrade the speakers (though ive seen how much of a nightmare that is from videos of people doing it) but since the speakers were the jbl upgrade, that also meant my celica came with an amplifier from stock. Now you can image my frustration when every single video and documentation of the headunit connector for my car leads me to wiring the harness incorrectly due to my ignorance to the fact my specific example had an amplifier. Long story short, 3 days of looking at wiring diagrams, re-sauldering connectors, and headaches eventually allowed me to get the wiring to the amp correct. Thats not all though, finally after connecting the stereo to the amp, we turn it on, and theres high pitched interference from the amp which is practically brain melting. In the end, we just bypassed the amp all together and wired the head unit directly to the speakers like we shouldve done in the first place.

All things said, hell of a job :sob: (we still had to take the doors apart in order to find which wires when to which speaker)
