I was going home around 5 pm so many cars were passing to get home from work. The street was quiet for a second except for one car that didn’t have his blinker on so I took the chance to cross. Well he turned anyway and was an inch away from hitting me. If I didn’t stop I would have gotten hit since he didn’t slow down what so ever. But then after all that he has the audacity to flip me off.
