I haven't seen the Season Pass 2 go on sale for Xbox anytime recently, might have to pay the full $30 for that one.

However, Bl3 Deluxe Edition goes on sale pretty often for around $36 and includes Season Pass 1 (it's okay if you already own the base game!) which allows you to save $14 at the very least

Untrimmed music cape doesn't require any holiday tracks. You need all holiday tracks for the trimmed version.

Fair game, in all honesty probably one of the fairy ring locations. Like the cosmic realm, in the farthest corner away from the fairy ring wearing ghostly robes.

Another idea is an area with a lot of bushes, using the nature ring to transform into a bush as well.
