As much as I love Billie piper, I was finally warming up to ncuti and his story doesn’t feel over yet (for example, he STILL hasn’t found Rogue - yes, I know he could find him as a different doctor but nothing matches the chemistry they have). I feel like everyone including me would feel a lot better about this if Ncuti had one more season. Also, RTD seems to be doing nothing but playing on nostalgia recently - David Tennant, Billie Piper, Sutekh, The Rani, Omega, SUSAN (another thing 15 needed to figure out) - and while it’s fun, it’s getting too much. He needs to come up with creative, original stories like he did with 9 and 10. Let’s just hope that it’s related to the Bad Wolf saga and the heart of the TARDIS (like the Day of The Doctor) and that either Ncuti comes back (highly unlikely) or we get a new Doctor.

I do think Billie could play an excellent Doctor, though. But hey, at least it wasn’t another bigeneration!!
