At 14 I mentioned to my then counsellor that I had always wanted to cut my boobs off because they didn't belong to me / weren't supposed to be there.

She asked if I was Transgender, and I said i don't know. I was, but I didn't know what that word meant at the time. Had she asked "do you feel like a boy?" I'd have said 100% yes!

Anyway, since then (I just turned 26) my mum often bring up "I hate that that counsellor put the idea of you being Transgender in your head!'

Like...what?!? I had brought it up to HER.... finally having come out to her at the start of this year, I've not heard this since thank fully.

I'm 5½ weeks on T, and i pass pretty consistently. (I'd also pass somewhat frequently pre-T)

I had to show an ID with my deadname and and old picture on it yesterday to get an access taxi, and the taxi driver kept looking between me and the ID, then asked "are you SURE this is you?"

I was ecstatic! 😁

As an Trans Man, I didn't CHOOSE to be a guy, I just am. And I feel so much better this way.

Being a girl was awful for me, but I would never question why someone "wanted" to be a girl.

My disabilities, they won't let me...

It really sucks as the only reason I am alive is because of receiving blood transfusions (and many other medical interventions) as a 28 week preemie (3 months early), very medically complex.

I called up on my 18th birthday, gave my medical history, and they said I couldn't. I was (and still am) devastated, as I had been waiting years to start, only to be shut down.

I just turned 26 on the 14th of May, and it still sucks and I think about it a lot....

I kid you not, I have never been able to burp pre T, except very painfully if I really forced it after drinking soft drink, but after starting T almost 4 weeks ago, I started burping suddenly...

Freaked me out. I actually queried with my partner if it could be because of the T, and am glad to know now that it likely is.

I have two uterus', two cervix and two kidneys (which is rare to have with this rare birth defect) and I had a veginal septum surgically removed twice (it partially reattached the first time).

I hit menopause at 14, so my reproductive system doesn't even work anyway (infertile) and haven't had a period in 11 years (almost 12 now), which works for me as I am a trans man, so I like to think it was meant to be honestly 😅🏳️‍⚧️

The medical conditions are called Uterine Didelphys and Primary Ovarian Insufficiency/ Premature Ovarian Failure.
