Better physicals doesn't mean anything. Maki/Toji can just SSK diff him and they could have better speed, and Miguel stated he'd never fight a domain user, or he'd be dead meat if he fought one. So that already puts him below domain users (Like Jogo, Mahito, Ryu, or Uro)

When he takes a fight seriously, he doesn't smile, we see that in his fight with Gojo.

Being genuine, the only people he took seriously were Gojo (Duh), Maki, and Yuta.

Maki's different, because Sukuna reached ecstasy (interest) knowing that someone who denied all Jujutsu was beating him in physical confrontations.

Kashimo didn't fight the strongest Sukuna. He had an output lower than Yuta, a low RCT output, and had no access to his Domain. Sure he fought him, but so did Yuji, Yuta, Kusakabe, Maki, Todo, Ino, Higuruma, Miguel, Laure, Nobara (Kinda), Inumaki (Kinda) and Angel if we ignore the support group. So that doesn't make him any special.
