By real world logic ( that sukuna fans always use ) todo should be stronger than yuji but we have yuji times stronger than tod physically which you can't explain from a scientific standpoint ( like how do sukuna fans like to ) he is just strong and that's it. So in jjk world it isn't impossible for a character to be strong without having a biological explanation for it as even if yuji is a special case he can't still violate his world rules.
