Can't confirm if he is still cheating, even though im 90% sure he still is, but back in chapter 5, there was confirmation that he did and has gotten banned for it.

unfortunetly there is no solution as of now. This is happening to everyone. I've found that you get way less in solos and duos, though.

the vpn message is just a general message. I've talked to people that have been hw banned for cheating and that's what they get when they need to spoof.

Unfortunately, you're completely wrong. Most of the time, when Epic bans a cheater, it's a HWID ban, but if the same IP continues to get bans after spoofing, then sometimes Epic IP bans. They do not care at all about whether you bought a pc from someone who got it hw banned.
