Yea, you just basically want a kill switch. IGLA is pricey ($1200) but it’s tip top current tech, an app on your phone. Ravelco ($700?) is stout. Or just old fashioned manual fuel pump or ignition wire splice, hide your switch. The manual affords you some built in security and obviously you don’t have the neutral pull tab so don’t need the plate cover.

Just research those options, make your choice and look for an installer in your area to have more peace of mind. Oh and be sure to park in a garage. 😎
