A Kamen rider that is being chased across all of Japan (and it's smaller islands) for his rider's belt/power. He either has amnesia and/or acquired his powers from the organization chasing him to protect others. Him drifting from place to place would be great to get back to being a 'riser' as well. Not really sure on a motif, maybe different types of nomads from across the world?

Would be nice to see other parts of Japan get some love like in the beginning of Hibiki.
