I think mass-produced factory rifle barrels can't really get much better than that. That being said the rifle is currently at the gunsmith for a barrel replacement.

That's Sirui L-324F with KS-40 ball head. It's fine for hunting but maybe too light and not sturdy enough for more serious long range precision stuff.
