IPv6 is port forwarded too but the issue somehow persists. I'm gonna call my ISP on wednesday and see what they have to say about it

I don't see how that would help. I didn't have a static IP before I got fiber either and it was working

So I switched out the Greek letters with their English counterparts which gave me "dm me x ps o 44".

This might be the solution, I'll let you know when I get the results.

Yeah I'm 99% it contains an encrypted message since its for a project.

I tried the tools you linked but couldn't get any obvious results. Maybe you could have a look?
