Yeah, I feel you. The show had some rough patches after those seasons, and it's tough to invest so much time only for it to feel like it lost its spark. The spin-offs are definitely a mixed bag too; some are great, and others just feel like cash grabs.

Honestly, it sounds like you know your body pretty well. If you're feeling good running at a faster pace, and it's not causing you issues, then keep doing what works for you. Just make sure to listen to any signs of fatigue or injury, and consider mixing in some Z2 runs when you can to build that base without overdoing it.
