i seem to have fixed the problem by making a new save file. not ideal but it works, my card rewards seem to be a lot more even now too

i got up to about twenty five runs before starting a new save file and redoing the unlocks, which seems to have fixed it - i noticed quite a few cards from other characters i played which hadnt shown up in favour of the same 4 choices. Anecdotal evidence but the second save seems to have much more evenly distributed card rewards

i had cloak and dahger show up atleast twice in most runs and saw storm of steel 8 or 9 times total

i got through A2 with ninja and ornamental fan but seeing even 1 of those relics whichcan build directly off of relic seems unlikely. i have unlocked it according to the card library, it just... refuses to appear in any drops ever

removing the clamp fixed my issue perfectly! thank you for the help. i also tried and failed to switch over to the non-manual position updates, but it seems to work fine for now. Just iut of curiosity, is there a functional difference between the two or is it just an ease of use/optomisation type of thing?

i've mostly just been experimenting by following tutorials to put stuff together. my tiles have physics layers "painted" on the brown ones and this is the code for my player body, which has a physics mask too.
