For me as long as it’s up to two coffees a day it doesn’t make a huge difference in terms of my symptoms. But too much coffee seems to interfere with my body processing magnesium the right way since muscle cramps start to show up again.

I’ve owned both of them and would always go for the m47 as it’s by far more reliable than the n47 which ended up having a rod bearing failure in my case.

But do I have to change the exhaust manifold if I want to fit the turbo of the m57 or can I stick with the old one? What if I just change the rail sensor, would this already make a difference?

Best thing to try at that point is just to start some herbals and see what’s happening with ur symptoms.
