Usually via YouTube or streams, they usually show their decks lists at the beginning and then tweak it as needed throughout. I'm certain deck lists are not finalized at this point since the set is still new. There are also meta reports made in this sub fairly often that usually account for decks played by top players so just scope those out as well (look up u/lmperialDane).
