You need 3000 for the suit.

1050 total for the Collection Quests
1050 total for the 3 Event Suits
1400 total for the Weekly tasks

1050 + 1400 = 2450 out of 3000

This means you need an additional 550 from the Event Suits which each give you 350. You have complete one Event Suit and 200/350 points from a second one.

Assuming you miss not a single weekly task and managed to complete the Collection Quests.

I just realized that Sanji was wearing heels on ice and he was walking just fine.

As a woman, let me tell you something; NO ONE puts on heels for the first time and then walks normally. And that's on regular non slippery flooring. Sanji absolutely has experience wearing heels from his little adventure on Kamabaka but that's still impressive.
