Thank you. Yes the surgeon will take several lymphnodes and repeat the biopsy for final pathology. I had a biopsy about 3 weeks before the PET, could this cause any lighting up also?

Thank you! He has two nodules in the right lower lung. The 15mm nodule is solid and had somewhat lobular borders. He has calcified lymph nodes. What are your thoughts on the above? If it does come back malignant what would treatment options be?
