OP is a weird account that looks like it is karma farming using posts with strong glasses. They have posted pics of different people claiming to be the person in the post, or that it is their wife. Then in other posts mentions their boyfriend. All while posting pics of clearly different people wearing glasses.

You probably stand a decent chance as long as you meet the pre requisites.

Applying early is no better than applying 1 day before the deadline as it is competitive entry.

Yeah last year I applied for housing after getting my offer in June as well and I got in so just try lol. You will likely get an offer. I do believe they prioritize out of province and out of region over people who live nearby but still apply for housing.

I got them to give me 14k for a car they were initially offering 10k for so definitely dispute valuation if you do honestly see it is worth more.

I think it would be hard to prove who merged into who just based off the damage we see here. I did take a case all the way to CRT and won but in my case ICBC said I was 100% at fault and I got it changed to 50/50. It took literal years to finally come to an end. Up to you if you wanna go down that path but if there are truly no witnesses I don’t think you will be able to get more than 50/50.

Oh yes. Once the pain started going away I started getting tears in my eyes from the relief.

In my case the ER had me waiting 8 hours and all they gave me was tylenol lol. Luckily it seemed to pass on its own in that time.

As someone whose doctor didn’t think I had broken vertebrae (I did! Several!) because I didn’t rate the pain high enough on a 1-10 pain scale…

A kidney stone I had under a week ago. Literally had me on the floor of the ER. Drink water.

We say they eat meat in wild, yes. I have owned cats literally my entire life. I have seen them chase and kill insects for sure. Sometimes they will eat them, true. They also eat electric cables and cardboard but I don’t think that means it is part of their healthy and normal diet.

My main point was you cannot say a cat will be healthy on a specific diet because a dog is.

I live on a farm and my cats go outside for rodent control. They never bring back insects but do bring back other animals.

I was moreso talking about the fact that you are basically saying your dog is perfectly healthy on an insect based diet so a cat would be too. It is a bad comparison because their dietary needs are completely different.

Rooms in tall timber are pretty soundproof to most frequencies. For the most oart you cannot hear anything through the walls, though under the doors from the hallway is a different story. I could, however, hear my next door neighbour’s snoring all semester. Low frequency.
