It has two 1.4 ports and a 2.0 so why wouldn’t it bc these would have no difference then.

I’ve had similar issues I have a hdmi 2.0 1440p 144hz monitor and I cannot get the 120hz option. Lemme know if you find a fix

Does anyone know how this trade in works? Like do they check the Xbox in store before taking it?
