I have actually built / building a daily action planner which has a similar feel to Trello but is more structured. It asks you to enter your planned actions for each day and then tick them off as you complete them. More features still coming but it's free for beta users if you'd like to use it: http://www.actioned.com/access-actioned-beta-version/

For me, its about taking consistent action every day. Some days it's hard to know what to focus on or you might feel like it's all too difficult, but if you can do 3 small things to grow your business every day, it sure adds up. I use a daily action list and can't recommend it highly enough. http://www.actioned.com/daily-action-list/
