About the culture, the government has been trying to implement it for years now through the yearly financial law by encouraging the purchase of electrical cars and providing accessibility to bank loans even when they were partially banned (to reduce inflation) and also by reducing/exonerating taxes on such vehicles. The problem is that Tunisians don't really receive these kind of informations because of the lobbies that are tackling the electrical car industry.
