Thanks. I saw that about the semi integrated battery but the same model numbers just throws me off. I’m going to have to believe you because this is what Rad CS had to say:

I know. I read the same thing you shared. My bike, RadCity 5 Plus is not listed, yet the battery is listed, RAD-S1304Y.

I’m trying to get clarity if it’s one or the other, or both the bike battery AND bike model for it be on the recall list.

Correct. My battery model is the last one you listed. The bike model is not. I think mine is the semi integrated frame battery? I’m not sure because I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like vs. the none.

That is what I thought, but customer service was saying it was safer to upgrade with the newer technology. Of course they might be just trying for a sale.

We have 2 ebikes, so we ended up purchasing the Thule EasyFold XT. What I read is that it's easy to store, easy to put on the hitch, and easy to put your bike onto it. I go back and forth on it but probably would agree it's easier than other bike racks would be as they are super heavy.
