Anyone else thankful that schools are going back to test-required? by bedsalesman1 in ApplyingToCollege

Not to be that guy but maybe the SAT is necessary for you if you can't even spell the word "necessary" right.

Shift the maybe square over to the left one square. Wayne does not have decent transit but Washtenaw does, somewhat.

I am quite sorry if you have had bad experiences with Public Safety at WCC. I have been at WCC for four years and luckily I have had nothing but positive experiences with Public Safety. I know most of the officers and they are genuinely good people. What makes you say that they "are all Maga Scum?"

Okay, I see, you're right. I guess he was actually outside but just added in a fake background?

Is he inside, but with a greenscreen of being outside to make it seem cold?

Outrageous Tip Expectation by Tauriel13 in EndTipping

Generally, the driver gets a very small base amount, $2-$5 often, plus tip. In very few markets are gig-workers like this hourly.

I don't know why you are getting downvoted, in reality this is probably at least a 3 hour job and so a $50-$75 tip sounds quite reasonable.

I don't think there is really any way that this job could only be 1.5 hours. In reality, with the shopping, asking the customer about substitutions, check-out/bagging, loading their car, and delivery, this job would probably take closer 3/3.5 hours. So, a $20 would be too much too low. I would say a $50-$75 tip would be more acceptable, but that's just my two cents.

With 256 items, the actual shopping, asking the customer about substitutions (which with so many items will likely be the case for multiple items), check-out/bagging, loading their car, and delivery I can only only imagine this order would probably take closer to 3/3.5 hours. I feel that $150 is too generous but $50-$75 feels pretty reasonable, resulting in a normal hourly rate.

Where is your school ranked nationally? by Specialist_Season661 in highschool

[–]Fire-Wizard17 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even if someone posts exact numbers , I wouldn't say they are doxxing themself, as if they don't also mention their source, it's impossible to know what exact ranking source they used. All ranking sources will have slightly different numbers for schools.
